We sign people up to a four week block at a time, costing £38 for one class per week and anyone who has not done Pilates before needs to do an induction costing £10.

We offer carers a block cost of £35, and a free induction so it's £35 instead of £48.

Anyone doing the free induction must sign up in advance for a four week block.

Any carer over the age of 18 providing unpaid care, who lives in Lanarkshire and is known to us can request a card.
